license. If you choose a “place” without school
license, your study, your stay, visa, and the money
you paid cannot be protected under Chinese law.

According to Chinese legislation, an individual who wants to establish a school must fill out the necessary qualification application forms, which are available from the local government. After the government has checked the veracity of the information provided, such as education qualifications, ability to comply with the law regarding the operation, educational establishments, and proposed facilities, it will issue a school license. Only the school that has an official license can start to offer training courses. Only in this case, are both the students and the school protected by Chinese legislation.
Without a license, it is illegal to recruit students and start to offer educational classes.
